Cheers to my first marinade recipe! Use this to give actual flavor to your tofu and/or tempeh, or to spice up any meat dish!
Makes ~1 cup
2 tbsp each of:
apple cider vinegar
neutral oil (I used grapeseed)
soy sauce or tamari
fresh ginger, grated
3 tbsp. smooth almond butter (I used this)
- Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use (lasts about one month).
- Pour over tempeh, tofu, or any meat to marinate.
