Coffee (!!!)

Protein mocha - 1 cup (more or less) brewed hot coffee + 1 scoop Ka'Chava Tribe chocolate protein + a splash of almond milk 

Lunch

Snacky lunch = carrots + cherry tomatoes + Brad's Plant-Based Raw Sweet Potato Chips + Heidi Ho Ne Chevre Black Lava cheeze + Fuji apple 

Snack(s)

2 black bean brownies (recipe in my free ebook)

Dried fruit = Trader Joe's mango + peaches 

Snickerdoodle Larabar 

Dinner

Warm kale & chickpea salad = 3 kale leaves (medium-large?) softened + 2/3 cup chickpeas + 1/2 avocado + 1 tbsp. Trader Joe's tahini sauce + nutritional yeast & sriracha 

Japanese sweet potato fries = 1 medium Japanese sweet potato (purple on the outside, white on the inside) + 1 tbsp. coconut oil + salt & pepper all roasted at 425 F for about 30 mins
