Breakfast

Berry smoothie - ~1.5 bananas + frozen berries + Ka'chava Tribe Vanilla Protein Powder + fresh greens (spinach or kale) + chia seeds (not pictured) 

Snack 

Raw, unsalted almonds from California's Organic Harvest 

Lunch 

Rice & bean bowl - ~1 cup brown rice + vegetarian baked beans (an obsession of mine) + avo + mixed greens

Soup, salad, & toast - 1 can Amy's Organic Split Pea Soup + mixed greens & tomatoes + 1 slice Low Sodium Ezekiel Bread with Heidi Ho Ne Chevre Black Lava vegan cheese
