It's been quite a while since I lasted post a WIAT and I apologize big time - I wanted to post some that showed what I ate while traveling through England, buuuuuuut the awkwardness of constantly taking pictures of my food, especially while at dinner with people I'd just met, was too much to handle. Anyway, here I am again, trying to make up for that gap.
This post is a little bit late, clearly, as it was delayed by who knows what. I didn't exercise on this day because I was tired and, frankly, very lazy. I woke up, ate breakfast, read my Bible and Girl Defined, went to a job interview, and then relaxed on the beach for a few hours :)
2 Van's Foods 8 Whole Grains waffles (yes, the frozen kind) topped with 1/2 avocado + a handful of spinach + nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, and Tapatio
Pt. 2 - grapes, because I needed something sweet and hydrating!
Coffeeeeeeeee - 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk + ~8 ounces of coffee (homemade)
1 coconut date roll from Sprout's
Smoothie bowl - 1-2 frozen bananas + 1 handful spinach + 1 scoop plant-based protein powder topped with Nature's Path Organic Sunrise Vanilla Crunch cereal
1 plum + a few strawberries + 1 oz. of almonds
1-2 servings of my Easy Sweet Potato Cole Slaw
1 Food For Life Baking Co. Ezekiel Tortilla + 2 tbsp. Trader Joe's Eggplant Hummus + spicy brown mustard + 1 handful of spinach + 1/2 cucumber topped with cilantro and Tapatio
