Whooooooops - I just realized how much time has passed between my last WIAT post and now. Forgive me! 

Breakfast 

Kite Hill Almond Yogurt + Love Grown Foods Cranerry Almond Granola + Love Grown Foods Power O's (underneath the pile of yogurt) + sliced banana 

Pick-me-up

BOOCH: Kevita Drinks Dragonfruit Lemongrass Kombucha 

Lunch

Roasted sweet potato "fries" + scrambled tofu (recipe here) + 1/2 avocado 

Snack

Organic Fuji apple + Chocolate Coconut Rise Bar

Pre-dinner-snack 

HopeFoods Sriracha hummus + a few carrots 

Dinner

(please excuse the fact that I stole this from my own IG story... I'm forgetful specifically on WIAT days) 

Banza pasta + mixed greens + roasted carrots & zucchini + 1/2 avocado + nutritional yeast

Dessert 

3 PB cookies - made with Crazy Richard's Crunchy PB + Trader Joe's Rolled Oats + coconut sugar + cacao nibs
