Honey Ginger Marinade (Paleo)

Cheers to my first marinade recipe! Use this to give actual flavor to your tofu and/or tempeh, or to spice up any meat dish!

Makes ~1 cup

2 tbsp each of:
apple cider vinegar
neutral oil (I used grapeseed)
soy sauce or tamari
fresh ginger, grated
3 tbsp. smooth almond butter (I used this)

  1. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use (lasts about one month). 
  2. Pour over tempeh, tofu, or any meat to marinate. 
  3. Enjoy!
